About me

Arumi is a certified Pilates instructor with a passion for empowering others through intentional, accessible movement. Based in Austin, Texas, she brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to both private and group Reformer Pilates sessions, blending classical foundations with athletic flow and functional movement. Her teaching style is tactile, visual, and encouraging—designed to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build confidence both on and off the reformer. After discovering Pilates during her own personal wellness journey, Arumi fell in love with its ability to strengthen both mind and body. She has since made it her mission to create a welcoming space for all levels and bodies, with a particular interest in supporting prenatal and postnatal clients.
